Listen, Dave: Once you've started a new diet recommitment, be careful as you continue your Lenten one-day fasts. Try not to be too active, since you're not carbo-loading the night before anymore.

And for Pete's sake, don't get all gung-ho and add strenuous physical activity to the mix. Are you stupid or something?
