Week 1 Weight Loss

Starting Weight: 504.0 pounds
Week 2 Weight: 495.6 pounds
Week 1 Weight Loss: 8.4 pounds

Solid start. I'm using all my points, and haven't really started ramping up exercise yet. (That comes this week, with my new trainer at the gym downstairs).  So yeah. Boom.
